Return merchandise authorization

The return of a product – in case of malfunction – for eventual repair, must necessarily be authorized by SIDAC CNC Srl. To send a return authorization request, you are kindly requested to fill in all the fields below. A reply e-mail will be sent, including a summary of the request, as soon as possible.

    We inform you that if our staff does not find the reported malfunction or if our quote is not accepted, the work will still be invoiced to cover the costs of management, disassembly, fault finding, any material used in replacement and reassembly.

    The return management will not start until our authorization email is received, which will be sent after completing this form.

    Furthermore, we want to inform and communicate the following:

    • The material authorized to be sent for repair at our warehouse requires our confirmation e-mail inside the package together with your delivery note;

    • Once the problem has been verified by our technical staff, we will issue a repair estimate including cost and payment;

    • If the item is not repairable, we will send an offer to replace it with a new one.

    We also inform you that products sent to SIDAC CNC Srl without authorization will not be accepted.



    Retrofit

    SIDAC CNC offers a machine tool retrofit service to meet the need for updating machinery, to always be up-to-date in terms of safety, productivity and efficiency.
