Automatic control of the working height for plasma torch
The arch voltage-height control allows to maintain steady the distance between the torch and the sheet-metal during the working cut even in case of undulating surfaces, ensuring highest quality of cut and a greater duration of the consumable torch parts.

The management of the torch height control is directly made by the cnc. It allows the cut also on the inclined surfaces thanks to the rapid reactivity.

Syncro AX

SYNCRO AX positioner for single-axis system.
It can control either DC motors, servo-brushless, stepping motors, AC motor, by means of outputs available: — analog — step and direction — on / off.

SYNCRO AX is a positioner for single-axis systems, actuated by means of DC or brushless servomotors, AC motors ON / OFF or inverter, stepping motors or hydraulic proportional system. High performance and reliability, combined with optoisolated inputs, the high-visibility display and large input keys _ make SYNCRO AX also suitable for being installed in harsh environments. The hardware configuration of SYNCRO AX makes it particularly suitable for applications in which the axis must be synchronized, through a further input to the reading for incremental encoder, with  the material feed or with the spindle rotation , such as flying shears, _ electrical shafts etc.

SYNCRO AX can be provided with many standard software packages . Furthermore the customer can develop his own software or refer to SIDAC’s software for specific applications.

Graphic / Compax

COMPAX/GRAFICO is a family of Positioners having 1 to 3 axes with built-in PLC for numerically-controlled ositioning on drive axes actuated by DC servo-motors, brushless motors, AC motors (on/off or inverter-controlled type), stepping motors and proportional hydraulic systems. COMPAX/GRAPH is built by using the minimum configuration of the CNC multi-axis ystems manufactured by SIDAC by utilizing the same modular hardware.

Therefore, it mantaines the same performances and reliability of the higher-levelled products and also the feature of suitability for heavy-duty ambients. The different hardware models, which SIDAC proposes, can be provided with standard software at customer’s choice according to the numerous versions avaiable for the market. The customer can develop his own customized software or refer to SIDAC’s software for specific applications. The field of application is very wide: from the classical machine tool to general automation in every industrial field. For any motion wherever an axis must be moved with precision and repeatability and where easy and immediate setting of a dimension or a program containing sizes is required, COMPAX/GRAPH is suitable for this kind of application so to solve the usual problems caused by traditional techniques which today have become obsolete. Despite its low price, the particular keyboard size and the graphic display make this Positioner very suitable also for high-class machines. Moreover, the modularity of COMPAX/GRAPH, composed by operator interface and Axes/plc module, makes up an interesting advantage for every kind of installation.

Sidac System

SIDAC SYSTEM is a Modular Positioning System, which offers simplicity, potentiality, versatility and high performances in one solution. The hardware consists of the interface towards the operator (which is designed for being mounted on control panels of machines and manufacturing lines) and of the AXIS/PLC module (to be installed inside of electric switchboards). This solution facilitates the optimization in electric installations and wrings, thus offering technical and economical advantages.

The operator’s interface-further to the large graphic LCD display and the keyboard of high tactile sensitivity – it is also provided with a local PLC. This controller can be utilized for managing the signal functions and customized push-buttons which are typical for control panels on operating machines.

The AZIS/PLC module offers a wide range of circuits-boards and can be configured exactly according to the application required. In this matter it does both the functions of Multi-axis Positioner (offering the same features of precision and performance as the more advanced SIDAC CNCs) and the PLC functions (offering low sampling times) . The wide range of available software permits the utilization of application packages which are prepared and tested: they enclose the entire experience acquired by SIDAC over the years. Furthermore, customization or completely dedicated developments both from SIDAC and the customer can be used. In this case, SIDAC supplies libraries and tools for programming and also the necessary technical support.

The complete SIDAC SYSTEM is formed by using the SIDAC SYSTEM operator’s terminal coupled to an industrial AXES/PLC module. The large modularity and the wide range of hardware available permit to combine the system according to the application requirements, without any overcost due to excess of configuration.
